Ontario Mental Health & Addictions Provincial Data Set
The Ontario Mental Health & Addictions Provincial Data Set (MHA-PDS) is a strategic initiative aimed at collecting, integrating, and analyzing data across various Health Service Providers (HSPs). This initiative seeks to improve client care, inform policy decisions, support research, and optimize service delivery by creating a centralized data repository that offers a comprehensive view of mental health and addiction trends across the province.
In alignment with the new Ontario Mental Health & Addictions Provincial Data Set (MHA-PDS) initiative, VitalHub is proud to be recognized as a compliant vendor, offering two Client Information Systems that meet and exceed the stringent requirements set forth by this new initiative.

The dashboard enables clear communication and transparency between teams, with the ability to view workers’ tasks and notifications, while also having access to caseworkers’ schedules and caseloads.
Group Appointments
Possibly the clearest indication that CaseWORKS “gets” what program enrolment is all about. is the way it facilitates the handling of groups. No need to enter an appointment, program enrolment or service event twenty times for a group of twenty client - simply enter the information once for the entire group, and CaseWORKS automatically handles all the necessary data tasks for each individual, including enrolling, scheduling, service event maintenance and progress note recording.
