Operation of VitalHub Oculys

Information we collect

The only information that is collected for use by Oculys is the user credentials that are stored on the Oculys Cloud for authentication purposes.

 

Information collected by Users

In the operation of the Oculys solutions, the user may generate or request content that may contain Protected Health Information (PHI) about third parties. This data is only held in memory when required and is never persistently stored on mobile devices. The information can only be accessed while connected to the hospital network. All communication with the Oculys Cloud is encrypted and sent over an encrypted communication channel. No PHI is stored on the Oculys Cloud. PHI is never transmitted outside of the hospital premises.

If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using this Application and can request that the Data Controller removes the Personal Data. Unless stated otherwise, the then-current privacy policy applies to all Personal Data the Data Controller has about Users.
