DOCit
Tasks and Forms Management Application - PointClickCare Marketplace Partner
Real Time, Cloud-based, forms & task management mobile app
DOCit is a mobile app that gives care staff immediate access to the information and forms they need to document and communicate with their team on their mobile device. No more looking for binders or forms to complete – everything is “at their fingertips”. Since care staff document in real time and don’t wait until the end of their shift, documentation is extremely accurate and team members get alerted immediately if escalation needs arise.
Better workload planning, analytics & coordination
Identify where bottlenecks and frustrations occur with frontline staff. Understand upcoming workload and plan accordingly. Identify trends for improved quality of care. Unit-specific and enterprise-level observation tracking, trends, and benchmarking. Analyze resident-specific observations for trends. Receive coordinated care alerts and notifications. Provides a "tomorrow and beyond" report every day to ensure appropriate coverage to satisfy workload for the coming seven days
Real-time Alerts and Notifications
DOCit makes intelligent use of the documentation being captured and sends alerts to relevant staff of risk-related concerns or escalation requests. This feature alone dramatically reduces the risk of issues not being addressed in a timely manner. This feature also simplifies the job of Registered staff attending to important care concerns.
Integration With PointClickCare
Bidirectional data exchange between DOCit and PointClickCare. Forms completed in DOCit such as DOS assessments, COVID Screeners, Head Injury Routine forms, etc, can be pushed to PointClickCare. Activity in PointClickCare can be configured to trigger tasks in DOCit. For example, when Falls information is entered in PointClickCare, DOCit can automatically start a Head Injury Routine. Integrated user login: Users can log in to DOCit using their PointClickCare username and password (instead of managing separate DOCit user accounts/passwords). Real-time data synchronization: Resident data entered in PointClickCare is immediately updated in DOCit.
“DOCit has streamlined the work for all levels of staff, improving their work-life while enhancing the quality of care we provide. We now have accurate, real time information, more reports for analysis, trending data; problem solving is now at our fingertips.”
