What if I forget my VitalHub password?

Can I change or update my VitalHub password?

Yes, by going to the web link specified in your user guide, you will see a form to change your password.

What happens if I lose my iPhone? Can others see confidential patient information?

No patient information is ever stored on VitalHub or the iPhone, but please call your hospital help desk right away, so your iPhone’s access to the VitalHub server can be suspended.

What happens if I lose my WiFi connection while using VitalHub?

When the connection is re-established, your app will continue to work (unless your iPhone has timed out, in which case, you must login to VitalHub again)

What if theVitalHub server goes down?

You will see a notice that the server is down. Please try again later.
